Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work in a dynamic team and contribute to our Investment Banking business.

As an Associate in our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team, you will work alongside top-tier professionals in a fast-paced environment, gaining a robust career foundation through hands-on learning, mentorship, and development opportunities.

The ECM team oversees origination and execution of various transactions, including IPOs, Rights Issues, ABBs/Blocks, Equity-linked instruments, and Equity Private Placements.

Your role will involve preparing origination and marketing materials, assisting in transaction execution, conducting investor targeting exercises, and liaising with various internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing materials to pitch new transaction ideas to clients across industries and regions within UK & Ireland.
• Participate in the origination and execution of ECM transactions.
• Draft regular equity market updates for clients.
• Conduct investor targeting and gather feedback using external databases and internal teams.
• Coordinate with syndicate, research, sales, and trading teams to gather market intelligence.
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams on transaction processes.

Qualifications

• Interest in capital markets and corporate finance.
• Ability to work effectively in team and fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; strong analytical skills.
