Job description

Pearse Partners is working with an Elite Boutique, looking to expand their Healthcare team with multiple Associate hires at all levels. The team has a strong deal flow and is seeking to expand support to deal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Execution of transactions (M&A) across various sectors
• Involvement in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IMs, preparing pitch presentations, modeling, and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
• Supporting senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships

Ideal Background:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Investment Banking environment
• Full M&A deal lifecycle experience
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
