Our client, a world-leading Real Estate Private Equity firm, seeks an Analyst or Associate to work across a European portfolio spanning commercial, residential, and alternative assets including hotels and data centres.

You will build and refine detailed financial models, support senior investment professionals, and help develop high-quality investment memorandums while participating in asset and development management strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple geographies and assets is preferred.
• Exceptional financial modelling skills with the ability to construct complex discounted cash flows.
• A forward-thinking mindset and strong analytical capabilities.

I am partnered with a world-leading and exceptionally well capitalised Real Estate Private Equity firm.

They are seeking an individual at Analyst or Associate level, to work across a dynamic European portfolio encompassing a range of commercial, residential, and alternative asset classes such as hotels and data centres.

We are seeking passionate and forward-thinking individuals, who want to work across a range of property and transaction types, in a collaborative team.

The duties will include:

• Sourcing and constructing detailed financial models to appraise opportunistic investments across Europe, with an involvement across multiple asset classes
• Brilliant access and mentorship to investment professionals across the business, supporting them throughout the transaction process
• Ensuring the high quality of internal investment memorandums
• Supporting wider Asset and Development Management strategies, collaborating with colleagues to support in multiple scenarios

The key requirements are:

• Existing transactions experience ideally across multiple geographies and assets
• Exceptional financial modelling skills, with the ability to construct complex discounted cash flows to assess opportunities
• A passionate and forward-thinking mindset
