Systemiq Capital in London seeks an Investment Analyst or Associate to join our investment team. You will work across the full investment cycle, developing conviction in the systems we back and building a credible investor profile.

The role spans sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling and supporting term sheets, with a strong emphasis on commercial and analytical judgement as you engage with founders across the UK, Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• Typically 2–5 years in a fast-paced, commercial environment (Tech/Startup/VC/Finance).
• Build a personal network and area of expertise (your spike).
• Strong analytical, research and modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and pipeline. Build a strong pipeline across UK/Europe/US.
• Network building with founders, co-investors and experts.
• Diligence and execution including market and commercial diligence, memos, and term sheets.
• Develop a unique market view across three verticals and translate into sharp commercial thinking.
• Portfolio support and data-driven market analysis.
