Job summary

Venture Search is seeking an Investment Analyst or Associate to join its investment team in the UK. The role focuses on sourcing opportunities, conducting diligence, and supporting portfolio companies across the UK, Europe and the US.

Qualifications

2–5 years’ experience in venture capital, startups, technology or a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, research and financial modelling capabilities.
Commercial mindset and ability to assess scalability and value.
Proven ability to build relationships and source opportunities through networks.
Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity and willingness to challenge established thinking.
Ability to form and communicate independent, evidence-based views.
Genuine interest in technology and its real-world applications.

Responsibilities

Source opportunities by identifying promising founders and companies across regions.
Build relationships with founders, investors, operators and technical specialists.
Evaluate investments through market research, commercial analysis and financial modelling.
