Job summary

London-based Investments Analyst / Junior Associate role with a leading international real estate investment firm. You will work with senior investment professionals across the full transaction lifecycle, including underwriting, structuring, due diligence, investment committee approval and execution.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate credit underwriting, real estate investing, investment banking or CRE, with strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Direct experience in corporate credit underwriting, real estate investing, investment banking or CRE investment.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with advanced Excel.
• Experience conducting detailed credit or real estate underwriting.
• Experience preparing investment committee papers or transaction recommendations.
• Strong written communication, commercial judgement and attention to detail.

London | Base salary up to £120,000

We are partnering with a leading international real estate investment firm to appoint an Investments Analyst / Junior Associate to its London-based European investments team.

The successful candidate will work directly with senior investment professionals across the full transaction lifecycle, including underwriting, structuring, due diligence, investment committee approval and execution.

Applicants must have:

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Direct experience in corporate credit underwriting, real estate investing, investment banking or commercial real estate investment
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience conducting detailed credit or real estate underwriting
• Experience preparing investment committee papers, credit memoranda or transaction recommendations
• Strong written communication, commercial judgement and attention to detail

Exposure to net lease, sale-and-leaseback, build-to-suit or development transactions would be advantageous, as would experience supporting transaction structuring, negotiation and closing.

This opportunity will suit an analytically rigorous and commercially minded candidate who can assess both the underlying real estate and the credit quality of corporate occupiers.
