About Our Client

This rapidly growing residential real estate investment company providing residential housing across the UK is currently recruiting an Investment Analyst or Associate to join their team of housing, development / project management, and finance professionals. Secured funding lines are in place with institutional investors, and my client possesses a significant pipeline of new build projects.

Job Description

• Excellent Excel skills with the ability to provide insightful analysis and drive senior decision-making.
• Communicate articulately and in a variety of ways, depending on the audience — speaking to internal management will differ from speaking to funding partners.
• Be a sector expert for the business, ensuring any "new" developments are monitored and communicated internally, providing opportunities for business growth.
• Ability to switch quickly between priorities — such as capital stack analysis, reporting to funders, underwriting for IC, engagement with lawyers, valuers, and banks.
• Contribute to Investment Committee packs for new acquisitions, ensuring properties meet investment partners' requirements.
• Run the Due Diligence process for new transactions.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a Real Estate Acquisitions-related role and possess a relevant degree in real estate or finance. You will review and perform financial modelling and investment appraisals, prepare investment committee packs, and review and audit acquisition bids.
