London

Basic to £65,000 plus full package and bonus.

Company Overview

• A well-known national wealth management firm is looking for an Investment Analyst to take responsibility for a range of tasks related to portfolio management and operations.

Job Description

• Using FE Analytics, Factset, BlackRock 360 and Bloomberg to provide analysis for all meetings and holdings on the PCD Collectives List. Meetings include:
• UK Equity & Overseas Equity Strategy
• Prepare commentary on performance using the contribution analysis on holdings in model propositions, and present in the meetings any findings.
• Assisting Senior Investment Analyst in checking monthly updates, quarterly factsheets and client meeting agendas.
• Pro-actively attending fund/external investment meetings and present any findings in internal meetings.
• Updating quarterly pitch decks in collaboration with Senior Investment Analyst and Investment Oversight Committee.
• Assisting Investment Managers with inputting trades into the internal system.
• Drafting Client Suitability Reviews and Investment Mandate letters.
• Preparing and checking Cost Disclosures (Ex-Antes)
• Producing Portfolio Review Service documents on an ad-hoc basis.
• Drafting and updating investment rationales.

Qualifications & Experience

• YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST BE CISI/CFA LEVEL 4 QUALIFIED AS A MINIMUM.
• Previous UK experience in investment analysis or portfolio management, within a wealth management firm is essential.
• Analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software as outlined above.
