Job summary

Mattioli Woods in London is seeking an Investment Analyst to support UK equities research. You will report to the Fund Manager and collaborate with the Investment Research and Asset Allocation teams.

You will conduct equity analysis, perform due diligence, contribute to asset allocation and investment strategy, and prepare research reports for investment teams. A strong foundation in Excel and investment systems is essential, with potential for career growth in a multi-asset environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in investment management or investment research.
• Strong understanding of financial markets with equity and fund manager selection, portfolio oversight or asset allocation.
• Ability to interpret complex data and form investment views.
• Ability to present investment ideas clearly to different audiences.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Morningstar or FE.
• Attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and collaborative debate of ideas.
• CISI Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with Power BI/Python (or other programming languages) and CFA is highly desirable.

As an Investment Analyst at Mattioli Woods, you'll support the with the research of UK equities. You'll report to the Fund Manager and work with the wider Investment Research and Asset Allocation teams.
