Job summary

Red Door Recruitment is seeking an Investment Administrator in St Albans to support the operations team in a detailed, process-driven role within financial services. The position offers a clear path for development and a friendly, supportive environment.

You will handle investments, transfers, dividends, and reconciliations while ensuring accurate records and timely processing in line with regulations. Office-based, with progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Processing investment and dealing transactions accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Managing transfers, withdrawals, maturities and other investment-related activities.
• Processing dividends and maintaining accurate client records.
• Carrying out reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.
• Liaising with internal departments and external providers to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Producing management information and maintaining high standards of administration.
• Ensuring all work complies with industry regulations and internal procedures.
• Providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Investment Administrator | St Albans | Up to £30k

An established and highly respected financial services organisation is looking for an Investment Administrator to join its growing operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administration experience who enjoys working in a detailed, process-driven environment and is looking to further develop their career within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing investment and dealing transactions accurately and within agreed timescales
• Managing transfers, withdrawals, maturities and other investment-related activities
• Processing dividends and maintaining accurate client records
• Carrying out reconciliations and investigating any discrepancies
• Liaising with internal departments and external providers to ensure smooth transaction processing
