Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete daily pricing on all structured and investment products.
• Process redemptions on structured and investment products.
• Process dividends and perform periodic stock reconciliation.
• Liaise with administration and finance teams for maturities, surrenders and dividends processing.
• Process death notifications on structured product plans and manage asset transfers.
• Produce management information as directed by the Dealing Manager.
• Handle post-strike adjustments efficiently.

KeyResponsibilities

• Completing daily pricing on all structured andinvestment products.
• Processing redemption requested on structured andinvestment products.
• Processing dividends and completing periodic stockreconciliation.
• Liaising with the administration and finance departmentin the smooth transition of maturities, surrenders, and dividendprocessing.
• Processing death notification on structured productplans and subsequent disposal or transfer of assets.
• Producing management information, as determined by theDealing Manager.
• Undertaking processing of post strike adjustments.

KeyRequirements

• Experience of at least 2 years carrying out aninvestment administrative role.
• Minimum qualifications of GCSE standard or equivalent.
• Strong numerical, analytical and reconciling skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
