Quilter Cheviot Leeds is seeking a proactive administrator to join the Investment Management team on a 12-month FTC. This role supports five Investment Managers and a senior administrator, handling account administration from opening to closing with a focus on compliance.

You will manage emails, letters, client calls, and general admin tasks, with attention to deadlines and accuracy. Training is provided to develop a long-term career in wealth management.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills are a must.
• Independent worker and thinker.
• Good level of communication skills.
• Interest in financial services or investment management.
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Assist in general administration tasks for the investment team.
• Open, maintain, and close client accounts in a compliant manner.
• Prepare suitability letters and support investment proposals.
• Distribute ongoing client reporting and coordinate meetings.
