Job summary

Quilter Cheviot is seeking an Investment Administrator in Manchester (hybrid) to support a team of Investment Managers. The role focuses on administration, client service and operational support in a busy wealth management environment.

The successful candidate will handle data updates, account lifecycle tasks and client communications with accuracy. You do not need to be an investment specialist, but an organised approach, a professional manner and a willingness to learn systems will be

Qualifications

• A high level of accuracy and discretion when handling client information.
• Professional, calm telephone manner and clear written communication.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for clients, advisers and third parties by email and telephone.
• Support the full lifecycle of client accounts, including data updates and new account setup.
• Prepare client meeting packs and investment documentation with accuracy.
• Process Know Your Client (KYC) and suitability-related tasks in the CRM system.
• Assist with withdrawals, amendments and account paperwork, and support access to online portals.
• Draft correspondence and maintain electronic records in internal systems.
