An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Investigator for HR Investigations. This pivotal role involves planning and conducting thorough investigations into disciplinary and grievance matters across various departments. With a strong emphasis on investigative practices, you will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation and presenting cases at hearings. Within the HR Advisory team, this role provides an investigation service to all areas within the Council and for Schools purchasing our HR services. You will be responsible for planning and conducting investigations into potential disciplinary or grievance matters, gathering facts to enable managers to decide on appropriate actions. Presenting cases at internal and external hearings will also be a key part of the role.

With either an HR background or a strong understanding of employment investigations, your professional curiosity will help you manage complex and sensitive matters appropriately. You will also contribute to developing the service by providing guidance and support to other investigators, ensuring investigations are conducted professionally.
We are open to either one full-time (37 hours) or two part-time individuals for this role.
