Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate, Professional Services to join the Candidate Malpractice team in Qualification Processing. You will lead investigations of malpractice cases, determine outcomes and produce formal correspondence while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This hands-on role requires balancing deadlines, communicating on sensitive issues, and helping improve processes with accuracy and judgement. Onsite work at Hellaby, Rotherham, five days a week.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading a process, workstream or team activity.
  • Experience researching and reviewing information to reach conclusions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to complex casework.
  • Confidence communicating on complex or sensitive matters.
  • Ability to influence and maintain delivery during demanding periods.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day processing of candidate malpractice cases from initial review to outcome.
  • Research evidence and apply penalties per JCQ guidance.
  • Create accurate outcome letters and communicate with centres, examiners, students and internal teams.
  • Capture and monitor management information and escalate issues.
  • Prioritise workload and coordinate across the team.
  • Support, train and guide colleagues during peak periods.
  • Review instructions and contribute to process improvements.
