Job summary

Escape Recruitment Services Ltd in Glenrothes is recruiting an Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator for a growing family-owned manufacturing business. You will own stock control, manage movements, and support production while helping implement a new ERP system.

This hands-on role offers a four-day week Mon-Thu and a chance to shape processes in a close-knit team. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, maintain accurate stock records, coordinate deliveries to UK customers, and drive

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, inventory or materials role within manufacturing or production.
• Ability to keep stock accurate and ensure materials and finished goods are where they need to be.
• Takes ownership, uses initiative and seeks solutions independently.

Responsibilities

• Managing stock control across raw materials and finished products, ensuring inventory records remain accurate.
• Checking incoming materials, recording deliveries and issuing stock to production.
• Ensuring finished goods are recorded correctly, picked, packed and dispatched on time.
• Coordinating parcel and pallet deliveries with external logistics providers.
• Investigating stock discrepancies, carrying out stock counts and improving inventory accuracy.
• Reviewing existing systems and processes, helping to implement a fit-for-purpose ERP solution.
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse activities and working closely with production and operations.
• Deputising for the Operations Manager when required.
