Shape our operational success! You'll lead the inventory and profiling teams, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and playing a key role in our distribution strategy.

Your Mission

• Drive a safe and effective distribution strategy.
• Support perpetual inventory activities and stock reconciliation.
• Guide and resource the profiling team.
• Lead and develop a multi-skilled stock team.
• Champion collaboration across operational functions.
• Implement and deliver KPI targets for stock management.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance.
• Identify opportunities for customer experience and cost improvement.
