Phillips Corporation is seeking a seasoned Inventory Operations Lead to maximize inventory accuracy and streamline supply processes. You will design and oversee advanced tracking systems, investigate variances, and deliver monthly performance reports to sustain reliable project support.

Collaboration with Service Scheduler is essential to ensure technicians have the right parts when work orders start. You’ll anticipate shortages, optimize procurement costs, and guide strategic supplier decisions

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of warehouse leadership and inventory management experience.
• Warehouse startup experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with inventory management software, cycle counts and inventory management.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Responsabilités

• Own and optimize inventory tracking systems to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Service Scheduler to align parts with work orders.
• Produce monthly reports on inventory levels and variances.
• Identify shortages and reduce procurement costs.
