Our long-standing client, established for over 40 years, is seeking a highly dynamic and enthusiastic Inventory Stock Manager to join their Stock Control Team. The role involves managing stock control operations, maintaining supplier relationships, and collaborating across departments. The ideal candidate will have an upbeat and confident personality, excellent time management, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of inbound stock control.
2. Maintain relationships with key suppliers and manage stock levels accordingly.
3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various departments.
4. Work efficiently within SLAs and deadlines.
5. Produce data reports with a solution-oriented approach.
6. Manage costs related to inbound transport and delivery.
7. Maintain accurate supplier and stock data.
8. Collaborate with Warehouse, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Stock Control departments.
9. Support senior leadership as required.
10. Work proactively both independently and as part of a team.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Previous experience as an Inventory Manager, Stock Control Manager, or in Supply Chain Leadership is essential.
2. Creative mindset with the ability to introduce new ideas and processes.
3. Enthusiastic, proactive personality.
4. Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel.
