Harrods is seeking a Stock Controller to manage department stock movement and support Private Shoppers and the Management team. You will streamline stock processes, monitor stock integrity, and maintain clear communication across shop floor departments.

The role emphasizes proactive stock control, collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring stock returns to their departments in a timely manner. 22 days holiday plus benefits are part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Review client stock holdings from Private Shoppers and ensure aged stock is followed up.
• Monitor invalid reports and escalate issues to Stock Integrity Operations Manager.
• Monitor department sales reports to identify issues with transactional processing affecting stock integrity.
• Provide a link between Management and shop floor teams to align Private Shopping business.
• Oversee departmental stock counts by site and ensure stock returns to departments promptly.
• Maintain stock-related discrepancies and keep the Stock Integrity Operations Manager informed.
• Coordinate with Own Bought stock control and Concession teams to keep stock trackers up to date.
