Job summary

International Schools Today is seeking a Central Supply & Inventory Assistant on a fixed-term 6-month contract. This part-time role runs 25 hours per week, from 8am to 2pm, at £15.44 per hour, reporting to the Stock Control & Sales Manager.

The role focuses on maintaining the accuracy, security and control of centrally managed stock and assets, overseeing daily receipt, storage, recording, issue and distribution to ensure robust inventory controls and accurate records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy, security and effective control of centrally managed stock and assets.
• Oversee the day-to-day receipt, storage, recording, issue and distribution of stock.
• Ensure robust inventory controls, accurate records and effective internal charging processes.
• Note: this is a non-buying role; supplier selection, procurement decisions, contract management and price negotiations remain the responsibility of the Buying Team.
