Job summary

Buffalo Rock Company is seeking an Inventory Clerk – Central Hub to monitor and manage inventory within our central distribution operations. The role involves regular cycle counts, data entry in the warehouse management system, and ensuring inventory aligns with system records.

Responsibilities include moving products with a forklift, verifying locations, and supporting monthly and annual inventory processes while maintaining safety and quality standards in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year inventory experience using a warehouse management system.
• Experience with forklift operation is preferred (sit-down/stand-up).
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular counts to ensure accuracy.
• Enter inventory data into the warehouse management system and generate reports on stock movements.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and WMS; assist in close-dated and aging inventory tasks.
• Operate forklift to move product and rotate stock per FIFO/FEFO guidelines.
• Support end-of-month and year-end cycle counts as required.
