Job summary

Frontline Group is seeking a organised inventory and stock movement coordinator to own regular and ad-hoc stock movements and the stock returns process across a busy supply chain. You will collaborate with suppliers to arrange collections, confirm credits and drive process improvements.

The role offers a hybrid working model with a minimum of 8 office days every 4 weeks, and a chance to build planning and inventory experience with direct impact on stock performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or FMCG environments.
• Familiarity with demand planning and inventory management.
• Organised and methodical approach, able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong numerical ability and data analysis skills.
• Comfort using systems, especially Excel; familiarity with stock management systems like Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Produce and share weekly delist reports and potential returns data.
• Manage cyclical and ad-hoc stock returns from data through to completion.
• Prepare returns information and request supplier return authorisations.
• Arrange cost-effective stock returns or disposal with required paperwork.
• Work with suppliers to confirm credits and investigate return shortfalls.
• Maintain the shared returns tracker and monitor performance; take corrective action.
• Arrange weekly and ad-hoc stock movements, including promotional collections and deliveries.
• Produce allocation files, lookahead reports and monthly promotional tracking information.
• Analyse return rates, shrink and stock variances; recommend improvements.
• Build relationships with suppliers, wholesale partners and supply chain stakeholders.
