Job summary

Government of Jersey is seeking a Goods-In and Replenishment Operative to ensure accurate receipt, checking, and processing of all incoming stock for CB and FO branches. You will maintain stock accuracy and support smooth operations across both sites.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, unloading, checking against purchase orders, identifying discrepancies, and replenishing shop-floor and warehouse locations to keep shelves tidy and products available for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Goods-In Processing — Receive, unload, and check all deliveries against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, product codes, and condition.
• Stock Verification — Identify discrepancies, damages, or shortages and report them promptly to the purchasing and branch management teams.
• Store Replenishment — Refill shop-floor and warehouse pick locations, ensuring stock is rotated, shelves are tidy, and available for customers and internal teams.
