Serco Group in Leicester is seeking an Inventory Operative to join the AASC Inventory Team. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours weekly (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm) with a salary of £27,750 and excellent benefits. You will help transport items across the East Midlands and ensure vehicles are roadworthy, with emphasis on safety and service quality.
The role requires a UK driving licence, BPSS clearance, and strong communication to support service delivery and stakeholder coordination.

Vetting and checks:
This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, which involves verifying your identity, employment history, nationality, and criminal record to meet government security standards, and a Basic DBS check which will disclose any unspent convictions in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
