Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency using ticketing systems, inventory software, and standard office tools.

Aufgaben

• Support and cross-train into L1 ITAM services to maintain day-to-day operations.
• Handle hardware staging, packing, and FIFO-based picking.
• Maintain inventory records and asset management, including e-recycling.
• Image corporate hardware and manage shipments and loading/unloading duties.
• Utilize ticketing systems with focus on customer service and SOP adherence.
• Track metrics, review task quality, and plan team tasks.
• Ensure inventory data accuracy using inventory management software.
• Inspect incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders; flag damages or discrepancies.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and keep the warehouse safe and orderly.
