Job summary

Levy Merchandising, including its SUDU brand, is seeking a Goods In and Stock Control Manager to oversee end-to-end inventory flow in a busy e-commerce warehouse in the United Kingdom. You will ensure stock integrity, accuracy between physical stock and system records, and lead improvement of goods-in and stock control processes.

You will manage inbound receipt, inventory audits, and KPI reporting, while maintaining health and safety standards and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in goods-in, inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of stock governance and WMS.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound stock receipt, validation and processing in the WMS.
• Maintain stock accuracy and lifecycle integrity between physical and system records.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages and quality issues.
• Label, store and allocate products to correct locations.
• Monitor inventory performance and identify improvement opportunities.
