Job summary

Matchtech Group are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support operations at the Burbo Area Warehouse on a contract basis. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, order fulfilment and efficient stock distribution within a busy warehouse environment.

You will coordinate warehousing activities, monitor stock levels, handle receiving and dispatch, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory control or supply chain operations.
• Qualified forklift truck driver with a clean driving licence.
• IT literate, with experience using SAP or a similar ERP system and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating warehouse activities to support accurate inventory control and timely order fulfilment.
• Monitoring stock levels, conducting checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Receiving, storing, picking and dispatching materials in line with operational requirements.
• Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently when handling warehouse stock.
• Using SAP or a similar ERP system, along with Microsoft Office, to update records and produce reports.
• Ensuring warehouse processes comply with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Working collaboratively with logistics, supply chain and wider operational teams.
