Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Milton Keynes is seeking an Inventory First Line Manager to lead a team in a busy warehouse, ensuring accurate stock, strong service to LVMH, and smooth day-to-day operations.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage performance, and mentor colleagues to achieve business goals. You will work a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern, with rotations between early and late shifts, balancing workload and customer needs while maintaining high standards and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Knowledge of batch management and stock accuracy to high levels.
• Proficient IT skills: Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and WMS (DLx).
• Able to work hands-on and flexible across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory operations and ensure stock integrity for customers.
• Coordinate between senior management and operational colleagues to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain and improve shift reports on people, performance and compliance.
• Foster a team-based culture with continuous improvement.
