Job summary

Rexel France is seeking an Inventory Administrator for the Aylesbury Distribution Centre. In this role, you will support the Inventory Team in ensuring accurate stock data and smooth operational processes.

Your responsibilities include daily administration, maintaining data within the Warehouse Management System, and assisting with stock checks. Ideal candidates will have experience in inventory management and strong organizational skills. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, 14:00 - 22:30.

Qualifications

• Experience using a Warehouse Management System.
• Previous inventory or stock control experience.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Inventory and Operations teams with day-to-day administration.
• Maintaining accurate data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Helping with stock checks, cycle counts, and stock validation.
• Producing reports and supporting inventory analysis.

Skills

Experience using a Warehouse Management System

Previous inventory or stock control experience

Experience in reporting or data analysis/Intermediate Excel skills

Strong administration and organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good numerical skills and confidence using Microsoft Office

Strong communication and teamwork skills

The ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
