Job summary

Huws Gray in Birmingham South Partnering (B30) is seeking a Stock Controller to manage stock accuracy, orders, and supplier coordination across the site. You will ensure deliveries are on time, keep records updated, and support the wider team with daily stock operations.

The role requires confidence with stock control and inventory systems, a good head for numbers, and attention to detail. Experience in a similar environment is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock control and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.
• Good numeracy and strong attention to detail.
• Comfort using inventory software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Keep stock records up to date and carry out regular stock checks.
• Carry out van stock checks, audits and resolve mismatches.
• Manage stock ordering and stock levels/profiles.
• Collaborate with team to keep stock moving on time.
• Update inventory systems and generate reports as needed.
• Identify missing items, damage, or stock errors and flag them.
