Job summary

TE Connectivity, based in Witham, is seeking an organised Logistics Stock Controller to maintain inventory accuracy and streamline operations. You will oversee stock receipt, storage and dispatch, ensure documentation is correct, and run regular cycle counts in a fast-paced environment.

Key requirements include strong Excel skills, experience with SAP/WMS ERP systems, and a keen eye for data reconciliation and process improvement to support cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stock control, inventory, or warehouse roles (3+ years).
• Strong proficiency in SAP ERP systems.
• Excellent Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Attention to detail and data reconciliation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain stock levels across locations.
• Oversee receipt, storage and dispatch with proper documentation.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies.
• Maintain and update WMS/ERP data and generate stock reports.
• Conduct cycle counts and annual stock takes to verify accuracy.
• Coordinate with departments to manage returned goods.
• Ensure correct labelling, slotting and storage of all products.
