Job summary

Suntory Oceania is seeking an Inventory Controller to ensure accurate finished goods stock across sites. You will monitor stock via SAP, support import requirements, and contribute to a safety-focused logistics culture.

Key tasks include planning inventory placement, building stock reports, and leading site-level inventory routines while ensuring compliance with bonded facility processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inventory Control within a medium to large FMCG organization.
• Understanding of inventory management principles and optimization methods.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and MHE handling equipment.
• Strong SAP knowledge including SAP based warehouse management systems & SAP APO.

Responsibilities

• Plan for inventory placement in accordance to supply forecasts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure controllable inventory measures and practices to ensure supply.
• Develop and build reporting to track stock and provide stock insight.
• Lead inventory at a site level by establishing and implementing inventory routines.
• Monitor compliance activities.
• Maintain and adhere to inventory processes in alignment with alcohol management for a bonded facility.
