Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in inventory control or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or process industries.
• Experience using SAP is preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter perpetual stock check results accurately into SAP.
• Conduct physical stock checks and SAP-based stock investigations.
• Lead root cause analysis into recurring stock discrepancies.
• Develop corrective and preventative actions to improve stock accuracy.
• Monitor stock variance trends and support improvements in stock turnover.
• Coordinate perpetual inventory counts with internal and external auditors.
• Maintain up-to-date reports relating to stock ownership and responsibility.
• Ensure stock counts are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Communicate stock updates to relevant departments and support planning with stock forecasts.
• Train warehouse staff on SAP transactions and stock accuracy best practices.
• Support audit readiness with documentation and ready availability.
