Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor UK is seeking an Inventory Administrator on a fixed-term 12-month contract in the UK. You will maintain accurate stock records, support day-to-day inventory operations and ensure systems reflect the warehouse reality.

The role suits someone highly organised who enjoys digging into the detail and works well with complex systems. You will collaborate with Operations, Finance and Procurement to keep stock in the right place, at the right time.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and databases.
• Experience in stock, inventory, logistics or operations roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels across ERP/WMS systems.
• Process stock movements including receipts, transfers, adjustments and write-offs.
• Regularly reconcile system records with physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare and support cycle counts and full stocktakes with follow-up actions.
• Ensure stock documentation is complete, accurate and properly filed.
• Ensure integrity of product records in D365.
• Generate routine stock reports for internal stakeholders.
• Navigate multiple systems to retrieve, check and update stock information.
• Support stock-related process improvements and system changes.
• Act as a contact for stock queries and escalate when needed.
• Investigate anomalies, trends and recurring issues in stock data.
