We now have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Controller. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records in SAP, including recording stock movements, reconciling reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate may be newly qualified or experienced, eager to step up their career or explore a different sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Record all stock movements in SAP, including receipts, dispatches, adjustments, and write-offs.
• Reconcile end-of-month stock reports from 3PL warehouses against SAP records, investigate discrepancies, and make adjustments.
• Process inventory adjustments, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
• Collaborate with co-packers, 3PL warehouses, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and present inventory reports, highlighting key metrics and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and support audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements in inventory management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of inventory management experience, preferably in FMCG and chilled supply chain.
• Experience with SAP / SAP B1 inventory modules is essential.
• Strong understanding of stock-related accounting principles.
• Proficient in handling large data sets and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume transactions.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
