Job Description:
Mission:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst and Inventory Controller to join our team based in Southall, West London.
- Manage all associated transactional processes required for accurate and efficient stock movements of both UK and European manufactured products within all UK&I storage platforms.
- Ensure correct stock rotation and allocation.
- Monitor, control, and reconcile held stock on all UK&I platforms – regular reporting.
- Stock inventory control and analysis OOS, establish RCA and provide KPI – identify areas for improvements.
- Ensure correct “triplet” control – setting up new products on system by ensuring correct configuration.
- Deliveries non-conformance management – RCA, KPI – identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Credit Management – Root Cause Analysis (RCA), KPI, Continuous Improvement (CI).
- Control of new product launches and delists – flows and setup.
- Support allocation and deployment to 3PL and local platforms.
- Provide Inventory/Stock support on business initiatives, working with account managers, streamlining processes, and reducing any financial liability to the company.
- Provide required Management KPI.
- Ensure all stock movements are mirrored on WMS external modules and stocks are reconciled weekly.
- Ensure all held stock provisions and write-offs are accounted for in the correct Delifrance (UK&I) section codes.
- Continuous Improvement (CI): identify opportunities to streamline and enhance workflow. Lead and participate in supply chain improvement projects.
- Work together to ensure a satisfactory service level is reached for the entire UK&I Customer base.
- Other duties as may be required from time to time as directed by the Supply Chain operations team.
Formation / Compétences :
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Finance background.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Effective communication in English (both verbally and in writing) and the ability to understand requests from all levels and external people.
