Job summary

Danone's Danoners seek a Warehouse Controller in the UK to ensure inventory accuracy across 3PLs and SAP/WMS systems. You will lead end-to-end stock processing, investigate variances, and drive cost controls while maintaining stock integrity and timely reporting.

Ideal candidates will have SAP and Excel proficiency, strong attention to detail, and experience in FMCG logistics. Hybrid working options with essential on-site collaboration are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain & logistics operations.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and numeric accuracy.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of stock receipts, returns, and co-pack activity.
• Monitor quality status changes and release/blockage processing in systems.
• Daily stock reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies in SAP/WMS/Guardian.
• Prepare shortage reports and drive corrective action with warehouse teams.
• Support waste minimisation, logistics claims and RC communications.
• Coordinate with IBS finance and ensure timely action on traceability requests.
• Contribute to business continuity planning and periodic audits.
