Job summary

Sofina Foods Europe is seeking a Stock Control & End Use Controller to ensure stock accuracy, traceability and compliance across production, warehousing and dispatch. You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Quality to maintain robust stock governance and audit readiness.

The role is office‑based with 4 on on 4 off 12‑hour shifts, involving investigations, reconciliations and cycle counts across sites, plus End Use Tax compliance and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control and inventory governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and traceability across production, warehousing and dispatch.
• Lead reconciliations and investigations into stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock takes, cycle counts and reconciliation activities across sites.
• Lead End Use Tax compliance activities and audit readiness.
• Produce stock reports and KPI analyses for decision-making.
