Position Summary: Ensures proper control of parts inventory and related administrative functions.
Location: Bergey's Heavy Duty Truck Parts Warehouse, Telford PA
The main responsibilities include:
- Review OEM/Supplier invoices daily to identify potential replenishment needs.
- Utilize DMS to monitor and track inventory levels.
- Sourcing suppliers and maintaining relationships.
- Address supply and delivery issues and find appropriate solutions.
- Review aged/non-moving inventory across branches, including transfers, and create monthly sales or scrap lists.
- Enter and distribute reports in Excel regularly.
- Assist with sourcing parts for emergencies.
- Collaborate with the Inventory team on purchasing costs.
- Update parts information with messages/comments.
- Review store reports such as parts no cost, adjustments, lost sales, and open orders.
- Track concessions and special OEM/supplier pricing.
- Process daily stock orders for suppliers.
- Review cross-reference materials for DMS updates.
- Operate inventory management systems and update stock info in real-time.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Participate in meetings and support large projects.
- Provide information for warranty processing.
- Participate in cycle counting and annual inventory.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and successful completion of background checks and drug screening.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
