Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and audits.
• Ability to report data and KPI metrics.
• Familiarity with 5S and good working practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Transact boards within Oracle system from sub-inventories.
• Maintain and communicate accurate counts of WIP and non-conforming product daily.
• Control movement of non-conforming product within the process.
• Produce weekly inventory audit reports through physical and system reconciliation.
• Highlight inventory risks within the operation.
• Ensure processes are adhered to during counts and transactions.
• Ensure all mount and mainline jobs match and are traceable in the system.
• Escalate process breaches and stock discrepancies to the Inventory Control Team Leader promptly.
• Ensure seamless shift handover via daily handover meetings.
