Job summary

Anord Mardix in Kendal, UK is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to own stock accuracy, aging stock, and KPI management within the Kent View factory. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager UK, you will collaborate with procurement, warehousing and finance to optimise inventory turns and reduce waste.

The role requires ERP experience (ideally SAP), a relevant degree, and strong organisational and communication skills. Hybrid work is available, with travel to other Anord Mardix sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Inventory Analyst role.
• Experience using an ERP system, ideally SAP.
• Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Business or similar would be an advantage.
• Possess excellent organisational skills.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment would be preferable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Inventory Governance Model.
• Provide monthly reporting on Inventory turns, accuracy, WIP and credits management.
• Set and maintain min/max stock targets with Supply Chain and Warehousing.
• Own KPI's for all Inventory activities and review site performance.
• Manage cycle counting and yearly PI across all sites.
• Reconcile stock and manage aging/obsolete inventory.
• Maintain master data in SAP and other systems.
