GE Aerospace is seeking an Inventory Co-ordinator near Heathrow to support the On Wing Support team. You will manage stock, perform SAP-based daily reports, and handle receipts, documentation, and shipping with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires strong stock control knowledge, SAP experience, and the ability to work independently within a small, fast-paced aerospace environment. BPSS clearance is required.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Co-ordinator, within our On Wing Support team, based near Heathrow. You will be working as part of a team supporting a busy component stores with stock control functions and Materials and Logistics responsibilities,

• Inventory Management
• Run daily reports in SAP for purchasing, picking, etc
• Receipt of Goods including Inspection.
• Review of documentation received with each shipment
• Receipt of goods and allocation
• Collation of stock where necessary
• Prioritise workload in conjunction with M&L team
• Remain compliant in all tasks
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Shipping of goods
• Expedite PO's, elevate when needed i.e. AOG situation
• Other stores tasks that may be reasonably requested from time to time within a small, fast paced Aerospace environment.
  Proven experience of stock control systems
• Strong understanding of Inventory management
• Knowledge of SAP or inventory management systems
• Understanding of import/export customs processes
• Fork Lift Truck experience would be beneficial, Computer literate - Outlook, Word and Excel experience
• Demonstrate strong level of verbal and written English
• Strong organisational skills including multi-tasking
• Analytical with an accurate way of working incl time management
