Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for an administrator to join the team in St Ives, Cambridgeshire on a full-time temporary basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with an hourly rate of £13–£13.50.

The role involves stock taking, general administration, and coordinating with managers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; SharePoint and D365 experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in stocktaking and admin tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT skills.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and D365 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out weekly stock taking and reconciliation across the plant.
• Monitor raw materials, pallets, colours, packaging materials and filters.
• Manage general email enquiries, filing, printing and laminating.
• Assist with contractor arrangements and meeting requirements.
• Arrange document archiving and collections.
• Book pool vehicles for servicing, MOTs and maintenance.
• Liaise with managers and senior managers both verbally and electronically.
