Computappoint partners with a global professional services organisation to appoint an experienced Intranet Platform Owner to lead strategy, governance, and evolution of its enterprise intranet and digital workplace ecosystem.

This hybrid role in London oversees Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Copilot, Enterprise Search and AI-driven content delivery, with a global user base and a focus on analytics, accessibility and secure architecture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of enterprise intranet or digital workplace platforms.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and AI-enabled features.
• Ability to define roadmaps, governance and information architecture.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategic vision, roadmap and governance for the enterprise intranet.
• Drive adoption of Copilot, AI-powered search and knowledge discovery.
• Lead governance forums with executives across global regions.
• Develop standards for information architecture, taxonomy and metadata.
• Deliver usability, accessibility and employee experience improvements.
• Manage third-party partners and suppliers.
• Support broader Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace strategy including Viva Engage.
• Act as SME for intranet and knowledge platform capabilities.
• Drive innovation with automation, analytics and AI-enabled services.
