Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- Experience managing or developing knowledge, collaboration or content platforms.
- Knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy and metadata management.
- An understanding of enterprise search and content governance principles.
- Experience working with knowledge management, legal technology or innovation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Experience within legal or professional services environments would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the firm's SharePoint and intranet environment
- Enhance knowledge collections, information architecture and content governance
- Improve enterprise search, taxonomy and metadata frameworks
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of knowledge platforms
- Work closely with lawyers and business services teams to understand requirements
- Manage and develop knowledge technologies including iManage, Relativity and other innovation platforms
- Evaluate and implement new tools and capabilities, including AI-enabled solutions
- Monitor platform performance and user engagement through analytics and reporting
