A leading recruitment services provider in the UK is looking for an Interviewer/Assessor to guide candidates through the British Army's recruitment process. Responsibilities include delivering assessment activities, ensuring an unbiased test environment, and providing feedback to candidates. Since 2012, Capita have been working in partnership with the British Army to deliver best in class recruitment services. The Recruiting Partnership Project (RPP) is responsible for attracting, sourcing and selecting officers and soldiers for the Army (Regular and Reserve), meeting targets based around volume, shape and diversity and delivering an excellent candidate experience. Your role as an Interviewer/Assessor is to guide and nurture candidates applying to the British Army through the assessment process in an unbiased, friendly and controlled environment.
As an Interviewer/Assessor you will be responsible for the implementation of both physical and psychometric assessment activities under strict test conditions with a detailed marking guide to ensure candidates are graded in accordance with their ability. This role is full-time on-site and includes overnight chaperone and on-call duties once per week, plus one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday).
