Job summary

Stryker's Interventional Spine (IVS) sales team in the United Kingdom seeks an ambitious field-based salesperson to drive growth across hospitals and healthcare systems. You will educate clinicians on capital products, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to quarterly planning and pricing initiatives.

In this role you will combine deep product knowledge with strong communication to influence purchasing decisions, forecast accurately, and expand our clinical and non-clinical stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree in sciences / business based subject or equivalent experience.
• Proven successful sales experience.
• Full valid UK driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Pitch innovative capital products to hospitals and health systems.
• Develop strategic partnerships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Forecast sales accurately and inform pricing and negotiations.
• Grow within the UK market and identify opportunities for expansion.
