Job summary

Stryker is seeking a results-driven Interventional Spine (IVS) Sales Rep to join our UK team in Maidenhead. You will sell capital and implant products to hospitals, build long-term partnerships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, and support price strategies and ROI-focused negotiations.

You will forecast sales, track progress in territory, and communicate insights to drive continuous improvement while educating surgeons, physicians, nurses and hospital staff on device use and

Qualifications

• Degree in sciences or business or equivalent experience.
• Proven successful sales experience in medical devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial acumen and knowledge of NHS/Private medical sector.
• Full valid UK driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate the capital sales process within hospitals.
• Support customers in achieving sustainability goals via the IVS portfolio.
• Prospect new customers and users of Stryker IVS.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and grow base business.
• Develop technical skills to support and train theatre teams.
• Manage capital pipeline using CRM Salesforce.
• Contribute to quarterly and account planning and local market modelling.
• Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders.
