Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Interventional Spine (IVS) Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, high-impact team. You will pitch capital products to hospitals, build strategic partnerships, and influence pricing and renewal discussions.

This role covers the UK market; you will forecast sales, maintain CRM (Salesforce), and train clinical staff on device use. A degree in sciences or business and a valid UK driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in sciences or business or equivalent experience.
• Proven successful sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to demonstrate drive, ownership and a results-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of NHS/private medical sector is advantageous.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Pitch capital products to hospitals and develop long-term strategic partnerships.
• Support pricing strategies and high-level negotiations with stakeholders.
• Forecast sales, track territory progress, and communicate insights to drive improvements.
• Educate and support clinicians and hospital staff on device use and maintenance.
• Develop and execute sales strategy and territory plans to achieve growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products to the UK market.
